Well, school took off with me last year, and then I graduated. Finally! Been looking for work, with no results... and well, felt too guilty about being unemployed to pick up my Flash habits. But then, I thought, you know, this is a marketable skill, and it's fun... Don't stop looking for work, oh no! But I might as well allow myself the pleasure to continue something I enjoy, if nothing else, for stress relief.

About a month ago, I lost my car to a rather nasty car wreck. I was traveling home to Atlanta from my university town, and a semi ran me off the road. Since there were construction barrels, I couldn't drive on the shoulder to avoid him... I drove into the median, and the car dove off of a mound of dirt, pulling a very bad rendition of a Dukes of Hazzard maneuver. It spun, hit on the driver's side, then rolled over onto the roof.

But I survived, intact. I had cuts and scrapes. I had some really nasty bruises, and my left shoulder is still a bit wonky, even now. But I'm off better than one would think, from that nasty wreck. I'd upload the pictures of the car, but I left my SD reader at home. Meh.

There are worse things than being jobless, like... being mortally wounded in a car accident. I'm counting my blessings, all things considered.
